Miss Patisserie is looking forward to a fantastic summer with new products being launched and a 'flagship store' on the horizon for the year 2012!

We have had some fantastic feedback for our new ranges including 'Fizzy Lollipops', 'French Macaroons' and 'Mini Donuts'. The lollipops will be available to order May 2011 and our Macaroons and Donuts will follow in June/July 2011.

Wholesale catalogues are available on demand however we will be uploading a PDF file to download from the website real soon.

Trade shows this year include Home & Gift and Top Drawer. We will also be attending the Country Living Magazine Show in November 2011.

Our range has had a facelift in regards to design. We also will have a few newcomers to our cupcake bath bomb range which I'm sure will be extremely popular.

New Unit & More Staff Please!!

Next month fingers crossed we'll be moving into our spacious unit in Sully, South Wales...very excited indeed. We're taking on two more members of staff as well to fulfill all of our orders. Things are on the up for Miss P!!

Sugared Fig! Best seller for Autumn Orders

Hey all! Hope you all had a fabulous summer and managed to lay in some sunshine. We've been super busy here at Miss Patisserie. Our first trade show at the Home & Gift show in Harrogate went amazingly well. We managed to get 150 new stores on board to stock our products, ranging from independent boutique stores to large department stores.
Our next trade show at the Autumn Fair at NEC, Birmingham was fantastic but ouch our feet ached at the end of the week!! We met some fantastic people and the whole experience was definately worthwhile.

So we're now approaching Autumn and our 3 Autumnal cupcakes are ready to go on sale. They are:
Sugared Fig: Fig & Brown Sugar Fragrance
Pumkin Pie: Green apple and Pear Fragrance
Bombfire: Peach & Passionflower with Orange & Vanilla

Had to post this photo of Louey, probably my favourite image of him :)

I've been improving the recipe for the icing tops and I think I've cracked it!! Much fluffier and dries rock hard in a night! yeeees! Check out the new designs for the pedicure bombs..not too keen on the green tea (think I may change the colours) but I like the pink lemonade one.
Have a look how much lighter and 'rufflier' :) the icing is on raspberry ruffle compared to the photo I posted before!
